A teacher at heart, Gretchen loves discovering how
people learn, and then putting it to work for others. Whatever
the assignment, you can count on this: Gretchen will focus on
what it will take to achieve the kind of continuously improving
performance your organization needs for the effort to pay off.
Experience
Gretchen earned her BS in Secondary Education and her MS in Instructional
Systems Technology from Indiana University. Her professional,
industry experience ranges from designing lessons for middle school
students to managing learning and communications initiatives for
major corporations. She has been a member of the board of directors
for the Chicago chapter of the International Society for Performance
Improvement(CISPI) since 2002, serving as its President in 2005.
She also serves on the Young Professionals of Chicago professional
development committee.
Type A clients Gretchen has served include McDonald's,
Walgreens, Grainger, Pfizer, and the American College of Radiologists.
