Instructional designer (freelance)

As a freelance instructional designer at Type A, your top priority will be to find the best and brightest way to craft each learning experience so that it meets our clients' strategic objectives. You will use your talent and creativity to deliver an instructional design upon which the rest of the project builds.

Type A freelancers enjoy the satisfaction of seeing their work used and appreciated by some of the most prestigious organizations in the world. We're comfortable with teleworking and remote access, but will also welcome you to our casual, smoke-free office if you prefer to work face-to-face.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years experience as an instructional designer, a history of superior academic and professional performance, exceptional written and spoken communication skills, high tolerance for ambiguity and information overload, proven analytical and organizational skills, openness to except and welcome critique on work products, and strong computer skills using Microsoft Word and Internet browsers. Experience with e-learning projects a plus.
