The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree, a history of superior academic and professional performance, and great communication skills, and should be comfortable hand-coding pixel-perfect websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Some experience with PHP/MySQL or ASP/MS-SQL is also required. Experience with Flash ActionScript or web-based multimedia, or a working knowledge of systems administration, audio and video production, or graphic design is a plus.
